The Condition: A Scattered Soul-Fire

Do  you feel ungrounded, persistently weary, or as if you are walking  through your days in a haze? Perhaps you feel a profound lack of inner  fire, a deep-seated exhaustion that sleep doesn't touch, or a sense that  you are no longer fully "at home" in your own body. In the Nahua  worldview, these are not psychological failings but potent signs that  your tonalli has become weakened or, in cases of severe shock or trauma, has fragmented and scattered.

The tonalli is your vital essence and soul-fire, a gift from the cosmos that  resides in your head. It is the source of your warmth, vigor, and  destiny. When a piece of it is lost, it can become trapped in the unseen  realms—the liminal spaces between worlds. Retrieving the tonalli is the sacred and perilous work of calling that part of your soul home.

The Practitioner: The Nahualli

This specialized work is the domain of a nahualli.  A conventional healer can cleanse and restore, but when a piece of the  spirit is truly lost, it requires a practitioner who can walk the unseen  paths. As a nahualli,  a shapeshifter and walker of the liminal, my function is to journey  into the sacred darkness on your behalf. My work is not simply to  address the symptoms but to travel to the root of the fragmentation, to  find the lost piece of your soul-fire, and to guide it back to your  center.

The Process: What a Retrieval Involves

Each  retrieval is a potent, personalized ritual. My role is to be your  psychopomp—your guide through the unseen—to facilitate your return to  wholeness.

• Step 1: The Consultation & Divination. Our work begins with a deep conversation to understand your situation.  From there, I will perform a divination. Its purpose is not just to  diagnose the loss, but to locate the lost fragment—to determine where in the unseen realms it has gone and what may be holding it there. This creates the map for the journey.

• Step 2: The Spirit Journey. This is the heart of the retrieval. Following our consultation, I will  enter a ritual state and walk the dream-paths on your behalf. I travel  into the liminal spaces to find the lost piece of your tonalli.  This work can involve navigating difficult spiritual landscapes,  negotiating with entities, and persuading the frightened or wounded  soul-part that it is safe to return. The preparation may be extensive,  please allow time for me to perform this session. 

• Step 3: Securing the Return. Once the tonalli fragment is retrieved, it must be ceremonially welcomed back and seated  securely in your center. This may involve a ritual cleansing (limpia)  to prepare a clean space for its return, and a sacred offering to  solidify the healing and honor the forces that assisted in the journey.

• Step 4: Guidance for Integration. A retrieval is a profound event. A part of you that has been missing  has returned, bringing with it its memories and energies. The final step  is a consultation on how to integrate this restored part of your  spirit. We will discuss how to nurture your newly whole tonalli and learn to live with your rekindled inner fire.

A Note on Sacred Timing and Safety

Please understand that these services are deeply serious and cannot be taken lightly. To engage in this work is to interact with the sacred forces of the cosmos, and the safety of both the client and myself as the nahualli is the highest priority. Therefore, the timing of the spirit journey must be in alignment with the sacred calendar, the Tonalpohualli.

This calendar is a map of cosmic energies, and attempting a retrieval when the spiritual "weather" is hostile is profoundly dangerous. For this reason, after our initial consultation, the retrieval journey itself may need to be scheduled days or even weeks ahead to align with an auspicious and safe time. This ensures that the work is not only effective but is performed with the utmost respect and protection for all involved.

Format & Duration

All  consultations are conducted live online via Google Meet. The spirit  journey is performed offline by me in my own ritual space, and the  results are discussed in our live sessions.

Pricing & Service Levels

Standard Retrieval (60-75 minute consultation): $150

This is the complete, foundational service for a clear-cut case of tonalli loss resulting from a specific event or trauma. Depending on the  severity, the work may involve a powerful ritual cleansing and  re-gathering (a restoration) or, in cases of severe fragmentation, will serve as the first stage of a full spirit journey (a retrieval).  This session includes the full four-step retrieval process: the initial  diagnostic consultation, the spirit journey performed on your behalf,  the ritual work to secure the return, and guidance for integration.

In-Depth Retrieval (90-120 minute consultation): $225

This extended service is for more complex and chronic situations. This may be necessary if the tonalli has been fragmented into multiple pieces, has been lost for a very long  time, or is being held in a particularly difficult-to-reach part of the  unseen. This level provides the necessary additional time for a more  arduous spirit journey and a more thorough integration process.
